For those wishing to have an easy option (particularly if seeking rental investment) there is an 'optional' seasonal clean service available onsite which provides a daily room check and linen change every third day (Cost applicable of £500 per apartment)
All of the apartments onsite are privately owned, although the site is very much ran like a hotel which has proved successful with owners being offered a stress free holiday home or rental investment unit to provide peace of mind, whether you are there onsite or back in your resident country.
